On Sunday, June 5, join us for a Caesar-centric afternoon at Sap! We’ve teamed up with Walter Caesar to host the ultimate Canadian comfort food brunch celebrating the launch of founders Zack Silverman and Aaron Harowitz’s debut book, Caesar Country: Cocktails, Clams & Canada. Inspired by travels across Canada and featuring a collection of cocktail and food recipes from some of Canada’s top bartenders and chefs, this book is an ode to the art of perfect Caesar-making.
Kick off the afternoon with a classic Caesar and canapé reception in the bar before sitting down to a two-course brunch complementing Walter Craft Caesar.
As a bonus, you’ll get a signed copy of Caesar Country, a bottle of classic Walter Caesar mix and Chef Anthony Walsh’s famed Nasty Sauce.
